Francis J. Eggert received his B.A. degree from the University of                    

Minnesota in 1969; and received his J.D. degree from the University of    

Minnesota Law School in 1974. Mr. Eggert has litigated many cases            

before a jury or court in the following areas:

• Real Estate (Quiet Title, Torrens, Mechanic Liens and disputes between multiple title holders)
•  Civil and Commercial Litigation
•  Criminal Defense.

Mr. Eggert is the member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.               

Mr. Eggert is a former member of the American Trial Lawyers                         

Association, the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, and the American 

Bar Association.  Mr. Eggert is a former president, and current member,   

of the Eighth District Bar Association. Mr. Eggert currently serves as         

City Attorney for the City of Winsted, Minnesota.

Brian J. Gillis received his B.A. degree from the University of Central         

Florida in 1985. Mr. Gillis received his J.D. degree from Cumberland          

School of Law of Samford University in 1988. Mr. Gillis has litigated            

many cases before a jury or court in the following areas:

• Probate (Will Contest)
• Real Estate (Partition Actions, Construction Liens, Inverse Condemnation, Quiet Title and boundary disputes)
